David is your local Business and Commercial Sale and Leasing Consultant. He has represented the Agency since its first year of operation and remains representing the business after change of ownership in 2019. What stands out about David the most and the service he can offer clients is the abundance of rapport with the community and clientele over the years, irreplaceable knowledge of the region and changes throughout the years.

Originally from New Zealand, David arrived in Australia in 1972 for a working holiday and has resided in Australia ever since. After travelling and working he settled in Tasmania in 1977. This is where he obtained his Diploma in Accounting through TAFE Tasmania, and employment as an Office Administrator and Accountant for a pine timber furniture manufacturer. In 1987, David was employed as a Mechanical Services contractor and purchased this business he began working with the year prior. After 11 years, the business was sold, and David moved to Queensland to purchase the Marina at Burnett Heads. This business was sold in 2005 and the urge for a change saw David commencing work with CBD Realty as a Commercial and Business Sales & Leasing agent where his passion for the industry and his clients continues.
